Hermandad Inc. needed a promotional video to profile water development projects they’ve undertaken on behalf of, and in coordination with, impoverished communities in the Dominican Republic. The piece was produced to coincide with the Millennial Goals set forth by the United Nations in the early 2000’s. Having had a long-time association with the NGO Hermandad, I travelled with a production partner, Mark Hason of Media Vision, to capture a variety of footage and interviews seeking to outline Hermandad’s efforts to respond to the lofty U.N.challenge. The video is a centerpiece of Hermandad’s fundraising efforts today. I hope it inspires anyone with a love for this type of work.
